Duane Martin practices in the areas of labor and employment law, education law and litigation. Duane's experience includes litigation on behalf of corporate and public sector clients in a wide variety of matters, including claims relating to labor and employment law, constitutional law, civil rights, personal injury, condemnation, real estate and environmental law. He has litigated these matters in state and federal court, as well as before state and federal administrative bodies. Duane is a former Judicial Clerk of the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District, and also has served as Assistant Attorney General for the State of Missouri.
